Thank you so much for sending Larry Mitchell to our house. He spent two hours explaining our system and what we needed to fix our 14-year-old heat pump. That was from 5:00 pm until 7, and he still had another stop before going home! He is such an honest and patient man - such a relief after having been cheated by your competitors. Larry will be coming back next weekend to clean the entire system after leaving us with cool, clean air when he explained and installed the OxyQuantum LED Multivoltage Air Purifier. I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you how pleased I was with the service I received from your technician. He serviced my air conditioner in the spring, and I requested him for my winter maintenance. On both occasions, he was extremely pleasant and helpful. In fact, that is the reason I decided to renew my contract for a two year period rather than yearly as I usually do. I hope he will be able to continue to provide the service for my home.

I have used Mid-Fla Heating and Air for my AC. I have always been happy with their service. The girls in the office even remind me when it is time to schedule my maintenance. The techs are very experienced and even wear booties to protect my home! I have been so happy with their service, that I have even recommended them to my friends. Anytime I have had an issue, it can be resolved by calling the office. Of course there are always going to be those people that will try to do anything they can to bad mouth a company. I just keep in mind that there are 2 sides to every story. Mid-Fla can not help it if disgruntled former employees want to get on the internet and bad mouth them.
