We had our spring service today, April 21, 2014 & Larry Mitchell went beyond our expectations, besides all the cleaning, by removing the blower on the air handler to check for bacteria. Larry also showed us the freon pressure on his gauge's & was very professional & knowledgeable with all our questions. YES, we renewed our maintenance contract also. Ronald in Ocala

Chris was great. He was very knowledgable, efficient, and got it done and done right. Our 5 y/o Lennox system never worked so well - Thanks Chris~! I have severe allergies and asthma and Asthma and Allergies of Ocala had in the past recommended we try two things. One was rid our home of our brand new carpet ( finally we did) and get an in system UV light installed in our ductwork. Chris told us about the OxyQuantum LED unit they carry, and with such a great deal we decided to give it a try. It's been installed now for two plus weeks but I noticed the improvement to my medical conditions within the first 48 hours. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is suffering from allergies severe enough to land them repeatedly in the ER.

My Tech works out of Ocala, Fl his name is Martez #539. The first guy they sent to our home came in opened up the air conditioner unit and said everything was fine charged me and left. I had the unit on for 20 minutes. The pump sounded so loud and the condensation from the unit came out all over the floor. I called Mid-Fla again and they sent out Martez. He looked at the unit, went up into the attic that was 100 degrees and said the pump was no good. The next morning he came in worked diligently for 2 hours going from the attic, to the lanai fixing this Fujitsu unit. It's about 100 degrees in the shade let alone in the attic. He did a two man job. He is a professional young man and knows his job well. If I need anyone again, I will call for Martez.

I would like ti give Kirk and Jacob round of applause. These two young men greeted me very professional they introduced themselves and shook my hand. I must say that I have never gotten service like this before they came in told me what they were going to do and ask if I had any questions and they got started. KIRK AND JACOB are the best I will recommend your company becauseb of the great service that I received from them.alone.
